There's no universal safety equipment checklist. Anyone who tells you otherwise is probably selling a preassembled package that doesn't match your workplace.

Scenario A: Burn and Heat Are Your Primary Hazard

If you manage a welding shop, a commercial kitchen, a chemical handling area, or any space with hot work, your first-aid and emergency gear need to be burn-specific. This seems obvious, but you'd be surprised how many "complete" first-aid kits have nothing for thermal injuries.
