First Aid Only Kits, Work Boots, and the Deck Railing I Almost Missed: What Buying Safety Gear for 400 People Taught Me
If you're in charge of safety supply buying at a mid-sized company, don't overthink it. Your budget goes into three places: a standardized first aid kit system that meets ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021, work boots people will actually wear, and a facility walkthrough for the hazards nobody's checklist covers. The rest is mostly noise.
